Four Seasons Tailoring (“we”, “us”) runs this website and the tailoring and alterations shop at 8211 Sierra College Blvd #406, Roseville, CA 95661. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- When you book an appointment. Our booking form is provided by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the time you chose, and passes it to us so we can keep the appointment. Calendly handles that data under its own privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.
- When you contact us. Our contact form collects your name, email address and your message, so that we can reply.
- Automatically, as you browse. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are, and the type of device you are on. It does not tell us who you are by name.
- Advertising. We advertise on Google. When someone arrives from an ad, we store the campaign tags and advertising click identifier in their browser for up to 90 days. If they book, we pass those tags and identifier to Calendly so we can match the appointment to the campaign. These identifiers do not contain the visitor’s name or contact details.
Why we collect it
To arrange and keep your appointment, to answer what you asked us, to understand which parts of the site are useful, and to know whether our advertising is worth what we spend on it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services named on this page that we need to run the site.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Ours are used to keep the site working and to power the analytics described above. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do. Our Cookies Policy has the detail.
How long we keep it
Appointment and enquiry records are kept while you are a customer and for a reasonable period after, so that we can look up past work on your garments. Analytics data is kept on Google’s standard retention schedule. First-touch advertising tags are stored in your browser for up to 90 days and can be removed sooner by clearing this site’s stored data.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what is collected and the right to ask for deletion. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update it here and change the date at the top.
